Completed in 2011 for Orbit Heart of England, this site was our most challenging to date, as it had already been commenced by another developer who went into Administration during the build. We took over the contract and re-established broken down negotiations with both professional bodies and sub-contractors. We then overcame extensive construction issues including a severe gradient, numerous retaining walls and a Tensartech Greenslope system, which was required to a stream that bordered the site. This project was completed in 9 months.
