Seagrave Developments has grown dramatically in the last two decades and our success has been partly down to our Director’s insistence to personally oversee all projects from inception to completion.
Over the years, the company’s knowledge and experience has grown to include an innate ability to earmark prime development sites. Furthermore, we have a good understanding of the planning process, having undergone some complex planning applications and appeals. We carry out regular research to ensure we are fully conversant in legislation and retain some strong relationships with local Estate Agents, to keep on top of changes in the Housing Industry, particularly with regards to property and land values.
We are registered with Premier Guarantee for building warranties and were extremely proud to receive their Excellence Award for Social Housing in 2016.
We are also registered with the Considerate Constructor’s Scheme and are continually conscious of the importance of building within ever-changing Health and Safety Regulations at all times.
Having previously built a number of developments for Orbit Housing Association, we have also now built good working relationships with Wellingborough Homes, The Longhurst Group and are currently now working alongside East Midlands Housing Group. We are conversant in building to Code for Sustainable Homes and are supportive of building ecologically and waste efficiently, leaving as little impact on the environment as possible.
As a profitable company, we are in a strong financial position, making sound, viable decisions, taking into account all of the above factors.
We moved into new purpose built offices in Wellingborough during 2015 and our dedicated team continues to grow.
