our services

Land Acquisitions

If you have a piece of land that you believe offers development potential, maybe a large garden, derelict building(s), old factory, commercial site etc, we are always interested to hear from you. Please get in touch through our Contact Us page and we will be in touch with you shortly.

If we believe that a site offers development potential, we are usually most interested in purchasing the land. We may also consider joint ventures and would always encourage anyone with land in Northamptonshire and neighbouring counties to contact us to discuss in further detail.

Construction

We have now worked with numerous Housing Associations but are always keen to build new government funded and corporate relationships. If we have acquired a site locally to you and you are interested in information regarding properties which are to be built, please contact us through our enquiry form on the Contact Us page. If a development has commenced, we will likely put you in touch with our nominated Estate Agent or the Housing Association for whom we may be constructing.

Demolition

We often undertake our own demolition and are also in a position to offer fully insured demolition services to our clients, meeting the very latest Health and Safety Regulations.

What do our Clients Say?

Seagrave Developments completed a £2.6m retirement apartment scheme for Longhurst Group in March 2016. I found the company to be reliable, trustworthy and reassuringly pro-active, plus the high quality of their work and their flexible approach to development was excellent and as good as any contractor I have worked with within the affordable and commercial housing sectors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Seagrave Developments to other organisations who are looking for something more than the standard contracting approach.

My wife and I recently moved into one of your newly built homes at the Britannia Park site. We've been living in the house for nearly a month now and I'm writing to provide you feedback and recognition of the great work that has been done. We'd like to thank all the team for the excellent work that's been done in this house. The moving in process was very smooth, and the house was delivered in a ready-to-use state. The reason I like to emphasize this is because I heard so many bad stories about new-builds that I was also concerned about facing similar issues, however this has not been the case with Seagrave Developments, who also provided quick responses to any queries or requests we've made, before and after moving in.

I chose Seagrave Developments to undertake a large restoration project of my property as they have such a good reputation locally. My property has now been fully renovated to a really high standard and they also built me a new annexe/triple garage. They always leave the site tidy, nothing is too much trouble for the tradesmen they use and I was very happy that the development didn’t take as long as I expected it to.
